Mission:
As Indians helping Indians, it is our desire to make life as equitable for Native Americans on the reservations as it is for other peoples in the United States. Our main focus is on children and the elders who cannot always fend for themselves. By providing hope and help in the form of clothing, shoes, coats, blankets, and other necessities, we try to alleviate the pain and suffering that comes with poverty and lack.
AMERINDIAN,
inc. is a not-for-profit, spiritual organization with the designation
of being charitable, educational and humanitarian. The founder,
president and chief executive officer is Linda B. Gray, Cherokee. The
executive board members are in memoriam Floyd "Red Crow" Westerman, Dakota Sioux
and in memoriam James Peshlakai, Navajo. Affiliations throughout the sovereign
nations are being considered.
